Jillian Phillips is a freelance graphic designer and illustrator living in Dorset England.
She began designing for childrens’ products in 1996, and has worked in-house for many High Street retailers. She branched out into stationery design a few years ago and has been extremely lucky to work with some great companies including Target, Hasbro, Gap and PetSmart.
