About our Custom Made Pin Back Buttons
We produce all of our custom made pin back buttons with quality American made components. Artwork is printed CMYK on a digital Xerox Docucolor 252 press, large orders exceeding 80,000 buttons are printed Offset.
About our Button Templates
All button templates are free to download in both PDF & PSD format to assist in the artwork & set-up process of your button artwork. The templates are important because it allows you or your designer to view the space that can be properly worked within on your button. Remember to keep the image you want to see on the face of the button in the inner circle; view an example here.
Important Custom Button Artwork Specifics
- Set your color settings to CMYK colour mode.
- Convert your text to outlines if you created your artwork in Adobe Illustrator. We may lose your selected font(s) in the transfer.
- Create your button artwork at 300 dpi in resolution if the files where created in Adobe Photoshop. Artwork less then 300 dpi will print out pixilated.
- PLEASE leave the button template layers active. If the layers are merged or flattened you will be asked to resend the files.

Multiple Button Designs
If you are submitting multiple custom button designs within your order please note the number of designs that can be accepted without any additional fees. Additional designs can be added to your order for a fee of $5 per file.
- 10-99 buttons – 1 design
- 100 – 999 buttons – 3 designs
- 1,000 + buttons – 6 designs
Design Service
Are you stuck without a button design? No problem - we can create your button artwork for you at a reasonable fee. Please contact us with a detailed description of what you would like to see on your button, example:
- Size of button
- Background color
- Images
- The style of font
- Font color
- Text & text placement
Submit Your Order
Once your custom button artwork files are ready, you can proceed to the Products page or the Quick Quote Tool on the top right of the Home page to place your order. From there you can find out the production turnaround and shipping timeline for your order.
No Shipping Needed?
If you wish to pick up your order from our Store Front, we will contact you via email when your order is placed with a pick up time. Please check our Hours of Operation to ensure you will be able to collect your order during our regular business hours.
Returns or Replacements
All sales of customized products are final. It is the responsibility of the customer to submit the proper files, setup within the templates in the requested specifications indicated on our website. Image colours, lightness, darkness of images are not grounds for a refund. If there is anything out of character when we review your files, the customer will be notified. If colour matching is a concern, a physical button proof can be sent out for approval upon request for a fee of $5 + S/H.
